Returns
- Items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges
- We gladly accept exchanges for a different size or item of equal value within 14 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Please contact us before sending any items back so we can reserve your exchange item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Downloadable digital products (e-books, devotionals, printables)
- Personalized or custom-engraved items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at allglorybetoyoulord@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. We will make it right — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
